I am the Lady of the Lake, Guardian of Truth, Justice, and Dreams, and Companion of those on the Threshold. Everyone knows it is I who held the sword Excalibur in trust for Arthur, who used it to change the world in which he lived. But did you know I also hold your dreams in trust for you? You may not need a sword, but what is it you DO need to manifest your personal vision? Come to my Waters and meditate on the important ideals in your life. . .what is it I will hold forth from the surface? What will you harvest from the divine Waters of the World?

Lady of the Lake & the Priestess of Avalon

Lady of the Lake with her Chalice Well altar cloth

The Priestess of Avalon

She dresses like The Lady, but instead of a sword, the Priestess of Avalon carries the design of the Chalice Well.
She also wears a crescent moon on her forehead.

The Lady wears a watery dress too sumptuous to describe accurately in words. It is embroidered with a silver and gold Excalibur, symbol of your own personal vision. Her necklace is of lapis, and her magically-multi-colored hair is reminiscent of her connection to the land of Faerie.
