I am Shekhinah, Lady Wisdom, She Who Dwells Within, Sabbath Bride. I am the Divine Feminine of which people speak, dwelling in the world amongst you, intertwined intimately with your existence, not separate or above. I am with you in times of need and during times of prayer and reflection, but you may not always recognize me, for like the shining Moon, I hide and reveal myself at different moments. I dwell within the Earth and within the human heart, bringing healing and comfort to those in need, and I spread my wings of compassion over seekers and wanderers everywhere.

Thank you to Jill Hammer, who has shared Shekhinah’s story with me and with us all. She has written another enlightening article about the Jewish face of the Goddess here:

Here's one with a Tree of Life Menorah!

This red-veiled Shekhinah was made in honor of Shekhinah Mountainwater.
A friend of hers told me she loved red and purple together. :)
Sister-Teacher-Priestess, blessings on your name forever.

Shekinah wears a dignified dress of deep plum, embroidered with a Menorah, the light from which can reach even the darkest of places.
There's also a Tree of Life Menorah available, which symbolizes the sacred place where She grows new souls.
